We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and executive coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, building a positive workplace culture, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting leadership with scheduling and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and candidate assessments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Recruitment Portal Management
- Hands-on management of recruitment platforms such as Indeed, WorkIndia, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Internshala, Foundit (Monster), and Apna.
- Create and optimize job postings to attract quality candidates.
- Source candidates using advanced search techniques and database management.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring effectiveness across job portals.
3. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs for new employees.
- Ensure smooth joining processes and completion of all employee records.
- Manage employee exit procedures, including documentation, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee lifecycle records and documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building programs.
- Promote company culture and employee satisfaction initiatives.
5. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee data.
- Manage HR-related documentation and administrative activities.
6. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Track employee performance reviews and maintain performance records.
- Coordinate feedback collection and development discussions.
- Support management with performance-related reports and insights.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee files.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance-related records.
- Support audits and documentation reviews when required.
8. Training & Development
- Identify employee training and development needs.
- Coordinate internal and external learning programs.
- Support employee growth initiatives and career development plans.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
9. Executive & Founder Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Managing Director (MD)/Founder with clients, candidates, vendors, and business partners.
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and follow-up communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, interviews, and company events.
10. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee performance reports.
- Track key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, employee retention, and recruitment source effectiveness.
- Generate HR dashboards and provide insights to management for decision-making.
11. Employer Branding
- Enhance the company's employer brand across job portals and social media platforms.
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
- Coordinate participation in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
