Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and aggressive Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our US IT Staffing division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring direct clients, generating new business opportunities, negotiating staffing agreements, and building long-term relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams across the United States.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new Direct Clients across the USA.
- Generate staffing opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams, MSPs, and Vendor Management teams.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase staffing opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Account Management
- Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and staffing contracts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account closure.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring forecasts and workforce needs.
Revenue Growth
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop staffing solutions for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Increase profit margins and account penetration.
Market Intelligence
- Track hiring trends and technology demands in the US market.
- Analyze competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans for expansion into new client accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Development experience in US IT Staffing.
- Proven experience acquiring and managing Direct Clients.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry.
- Experience working with MSP, VMS, and Direct Client models.
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and staffing practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Existing network of Hiring Managers and Decision Makers.
- Experience closing Fortune 500 and Mid-Market accounts.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of staffing margins and workforce solutions.
Performance-Based Salary Revision Eligibility
To qualify for salary revision and promotion, the following targets must be consistently achieved:
Option 1: New Business Generation
- Generate a minimum of $70,000 gross profit per month, OR
- Achieve 7 successful placements per month from newly acquired clients.
Option 2: Existing Client Growth
- Generate a minimum of $150,000 monthly profit margin, OR
- Achieve 15 successful placements per month from existing client accounts.
