Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling product listings, marketplace operations, order management, customer experience, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across websites and marketplaces
- Coordinate inventory, pricing, and stock updates regularly
- Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and customer queries
- Monitor marketplace performance on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Ensure product images, descriptions, and content are updated and optimised
- Track sales performance, customer behaviour, and prepare reports
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches
- Maintain website hygiene and improve overall customer experience
- Assist in planning and executing online growth strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace seller panels
- Good understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and customer experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus
- Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
