Sustainability & Product Consulting Intern
About the Role: We are looking for motivated interns to support sustainability consulting
work and provide structured support to digital sustainability product initiatives. The role
offers hands-on exposure to sustainability projects, documentation, research, and
collaboration with internal teams.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Pune, Onsite
- Conversion: Performance-based opportunity for full-time role
- Stipend: 12,000/Month
Eligible Backgrounds
- Engineering graduates/postgraduates (B. Tech / M. Tech – any discipline)
- MBA / Management graduates
- MSc graduates (Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Science, or related
fields)
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Support sustainability consulting activities such as carbon accounting, sustainability
reporting, and compliance-related work.
- Assist in preparing structured documentation, templates, and working notes.
- Support preparation and refinement of functional requirements for sustainability-
related digital tools.
- Conduct research on sustainability standards, regulations, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal consulting and product teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Basic sustainability logic and conceptual understanding.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Comfort with documents, spreadsheets, and structured templates.
- Willingness to work onsite.
Good to Have
- Academic or practical exposure to sustainability or environmental domains.
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or project management tools.
- Prior internship or project experience in consulting or analysis roles.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
