Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations unlock value from enterprise technologies across supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and IT operations. As part of this team, you will work with clients to support large-scale digital transformation by combining business process knowledge, technology enablement, and functional delivery experience across Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions. Deloitte’s practitioners bring industry insight and implementation experience to help organizations improve operations, enhance performance, and drive meaningful outcomes across complex transformation programs.
Level: Analyst or equivalent
As an experienced analyst at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management implementations across modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Advanced Pricing, Services, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Costing
- Participating in project activities including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing
- Working with client stakeholders and delivery teams to support business process improvements across supply chain operations
- Contributing to end-to-end process areas such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay as part of implementation and optimization efforts
- Delivering assigned work products within established timelines while coordinating with onsite and offshore team members as needed

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-3 years of experience supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management implementations
- 2-3 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management full-cycle implementation as a team member or lead
- Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, configuration, and testing
- Experience supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management modules, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Advanced Pricing, Services, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Costing
- Experience supporting end-to-end Order to Cash and Procure to Pay process areas
- Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancement initiatives
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
- Experience leading an Oracle applications workstream
