We're looking for a highly creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Marketing Expert who can build brands, create viral campaigns, and drive measurable business growth. If you understand how social media algorithms work and know how to turn ideas into engagement, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content that strengthens brand presence and audience engagement.
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Create compelling content calendars, campaign ideas, reels, short-form videos, and storytelling strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and convert insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Build online communities, increase followers organically, and enhance customer engagement.
- Continuously experiment with new ideas to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
What We're Looking For:
- A creative thinker with exceptional branding and storytelling skills.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Marketing, Google Analytics, and Social Media Analytics.
- Excellent knowledge of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and content optimization.
- Experience in content planning, campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
- A self-driven professional who takes ownership and delivers measurable results.
