Designation: Facility Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Building Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and functionality of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.

Ensure systems comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
Operational Oversight:

Provide expert advice on requirements for HVAC equipment, vertical transportation, roofs, electrical distribution, and other building systems.

Make independent operational decisions within department policies and position scope.
Analysis and Reporting:

Gather and analyze data, prepare operational reports, and assess the effectiveness of current and proposed services.

Recommend improvements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
Resource Management:

Guide supervisors on optimizing the distribution of custodial and general operational resources.

Evaluate and allocate resources efficiently to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.
Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead the facility management team to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Provide direction, training, and support to team members to achieve operational excellence.
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/B.E.E) or related field.
