Office Executive (Computer Background Preferred)
- Delhi-NCR | 1–3 Years Experience (Freshers with strong computer skills welcome)
We're looking for a smart, organized, computer-savvy Office Executive to support daily office operations, documentation, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, records, and correspondence
- Handle data entry, filing, and report creation in Excel and Word
- Manage emails, schedules, and office communications
- Assist with presentations, letters, quotations, and business documents
- Support online portal registrations, document uploads, and internet research
- Coordinate with internal departments on administrative tasks
Requirements
- BCA/MCA preferred; B.Sc./B.Tech (CS/IT) or graduates with strong computer skills also considered
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF tools
- Familiarity with basic AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) for drafting, research, or productivity tasks
- Good typing speed, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Preferred Skills: Advanced Excel, document management, internet research, basic ERP/CRM exposure, working knowledge of AI-assisted tools
