Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a Hotel Project in Puri. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring work progress aligns with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all electrical works at the site, including installations and testing.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and maintain work quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members for smooth execution.
- Monitor resource allocation, material usage, and site safety protocols.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update project managers regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in electrical site supervision.
- Strong understanding of HT/LT installations, cables, and power distribution.
- Proficiency in site management and safety compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
