Duty Hours
12-hour rotational shift (Day/Night), 6 days a week or as per company policy.
Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations
- Monitor all entry and exit points of the hotel.
- Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, parking, back-of-house, and perimeter.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and suspicious activities.
- Ensure all security procedures are followed during the assigned shift.
- Operate CCTV systems and monitor surveillance cameras.
Guest Safety & Assistance
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Help guests with directions and basic information when required.
- Escort guests or staff when necessary for safety.
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Access Control
- Verify identity of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Maintain visitor entry and exit records.
- Inspect deliveries entering the hotel premises.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized removal of hotel property.
Emergency Response
- Respond immediately to fire alarms, medical emergencies, accidents, and security incidents.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and ambulance services when required.
- Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Operate fire safety equipment when necessary.
Incident Reporting
- Prepare daily security reports and shift handover notes.
- Record incidents, accidents, guest complaints, and unusual occurrences.
- Report maintenance or safety hazards immediately to the concerned department.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies and SOPs.
- Conduct routine checks of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, smoke detectors, and safety equipment.
- Support safety drills and emergency preparedness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
- Basic knowledge of security procedures.
- Fire and Safety Training certificate is an added advantage.
- Valid security training certification (if applicable).
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard.
- Experience in hotels, hospitals, malls, airports, or commercial establishments is preferred.
- Freshers with security training may also be considered.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
