Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for Store Officer/Executive with working Exp. in CONSTRUCTION projects for location.
Job description:
· Responsible for all stores functions.
· He shall be responsible for maintaining all store records.
· Preparation of stocks statements.
· Preparation of Purchase Orders.
· Day to day issues and receipts, ledgers, stock statement reports and DMR
· Preparation of Daily & Monthly Consumption Report.
· Implementation of Stores Procedures.
· Assistance to Planning for reconciliation of materials.
· Management of stacking yards, upkeep of shuttering material.
· Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.
· Enter all bills of purchase in SAP.
· Maintain inward & outward of all material and physical stock balances.
· Updating daily issue /consumption in excel /SAP.
· Making Issue material Notes for Contractors.
· To Monitor, control & supervise the purchase/store activities located in site location.
· Can do daily stock review & verification.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
