Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
- Candidates must have a registered EP ID
- Education: B.Com (Hons), M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ICWA Inter.
- Experience: 1–6 years in O2C or Accounts Receivable roles.
Required skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable
- Identifying and resolving the billing error
- Issuance of credit notes with proper authorization
- Resolving customer disputes on billing
- Ensuring all income is accrued and accounted
- Send the invoices to the customer
