Role Summary:

We are looking for a driven and articulate Inside Sales Executive with proven experience selling enterprise-level software solutions to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, engaging enterprise prospects, and driving revenue growth through consultative, remote/phone-and-video-based selling. This is an office-based role requiring daily collaboration with the sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for enterprise software solutions through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead follow-up.
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and map them to Zelite’s solution offerings.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate and schedule product demos/presentations with the pre-sales/solutions team for qualified prospects.
Own the sales cycle from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and closure for assigned accounts/territories.
Collaborate closely with marketing on campaign follow-up, and with delivery/pre-sales teams on solution scoping.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zelite’s product/service portfolio, competitive landscape, and industry trends in enterprise software.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets (qualified meetings, pipeline value, and closed revenue).
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients to support upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in inside sales/business development, with a demonstrated track record of selling enterprise-level software.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, stakeholder mapping, and consultative/solution selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills.

Good to Have:

Prior experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or other Microsoft ecosystem products.
Exposure to international/B2B sales.
Experience selling to mid-market or large enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with AI/automation or analytics-based software products.
