WE ARE HIRING: Senior Sales Associate (HoReCa / Frozen Foods)

We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented Senior Sales Associate to take ownership of field sales operations in Chennai!
Location
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Channel & Distributor Management: Schedule appointments, pitch the brand, conduct product demos, and build strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Field Sales & Growth: Regularly visit outlets to drive sales, upsell existing accounts, activate dormant customers, and ensure consistent daily, weekly, and monthly target delivery.
- Retention & Reorders: Maintain a high sales conversion approach to drive repeat orders and meet reorder targets.
- Brand Visibility: Implement aggressive online and offline brand visibility strategies across Super Stockists (SS), distributors, and retail outlets.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Collect and analyze field market data (including competitor brands, buying frequency, and MOMO purchase quantities) while maintaining daily/weekly reporting structures.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant field sales experience. (Candidates with a stable profile—maximum of 2 companies in their career—are highly preferred).
- Industry Background: Must have solid experience in the HoReCa or Frozen Food sector.
- Education: Any Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Core Competencies: B2B & Channel Sales, Relationship Management, Market Expansion, Data Analysis, and Target Execution.
- Travel: High willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Chennai territory.
- Attributes: Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing field sales activities independently.
