Key Responsibilities
Build and run the data pipeline (the technical core)
- Connect data sources: build automated connections — via APIs and connectors — to the advertising, analytics, CRM, and internal systems our clients and we run on, replacing manual CSV exports with reliable feeds.
- Own the ETL process: extract from many sources; transform (clean, de-duplicate, standardise formats, reconcile inconsistent naming across accounts); load into a central store (Supabase).
- Model the data well: design table structures, relationships, and keys that stay accurate and fast as data volume and client count grow.
- Automate and safeguard: schedule pipelines to refresh on their own, and build in data-quality checks so errors are caught before they reach a dashboard.
Build the dashboards
- Build clear, well-structured dashboards in Zoho Analytics — designed to answer real questions, not just display numbers.
- Keep every client account’s numbers trustworthy; diagnose reporting discrepancies and close tracking gaps at the source.
Analyse and advise (the point of the role)
- Interpret the dashboards you build — surface trends and anomalies, and give a clear point of view on what is working, what is not, and what we should do differently.
- Turn analysis into recommendations a non-technical stakeholder can act on, in plain language.
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong SQL — this is the baseline for the role.
- Python (or similar) for scripting, automation, and heavier data work.
- Genuine grasp of the ETL process, you understand what extract, transform, and load each demand, and have built pipelines that hold up over time.
- Data modeling — you can translate a reporting need into clean, maintainable table structures (fact/dimension, star-schema thinking).
- Experience connecting data sources via APIs and connectors.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics, building data workspaces, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with a modern database Supabase, Postgres, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
Nice to have
- Experience across the wider Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator) and how data moves between tools.
- Familiarity with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Prior experience inside a digital marketing agency.
- A portfolio of dashboard examples and the decisions they drove.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
