Position: Business Development Executive / Software Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Software Sales professional who has hands-on experience selling accounting, ERP, CRM or business management software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Busy, Marg, Vyapar, SAP Business One or similar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, references, networking, field visits and digital channels.
- Identify business requirements and recommend suitable accounting/ERP/software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features, benefits and ROI.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation → requirement analysis → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Develop relationships with business owners, Finance Managers, Accounts Heads, CA firms and other decision-makers.
- Sell software subscriptions, licenses, AMC, implementation and related services.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update activities in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Coordinate with implementation/support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and renewals.
Strong preference will be given to candidates who have directly sold Tally or Zoho solutions to B2B customers.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B software/ERP/accounting software sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of SME/business accounting requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and field/client meetings.
- Ability to conduct software demonstrations.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Experience dealing with business owners, accountants, Finance Heads and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
