Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Raipur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, handling tax-related filings, and supporting the team with financial insights for decision-making. Collaboration with other teams to ensure streamlined financial operations and supporting audits may also be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting and Bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records and preparing reports
- Experience in Income Tax, TDS and GST, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications like CA, CMA, or equivalent (preferable but not mandatory)
