Position: Lead Generation Executive
Location: Pune (NIBM)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential prospects through various channels
Generate and qualify leads using BANT methodology
Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold-calling activities
Work closely with the sales team to convert MQLs into SQLs
Maintain accurate lead data and CRM records
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
What We're Looking For:
✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Knowledge of B2B lead generation processes
✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach
✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
