Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented ELV Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in handling ELV projects. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring timely and successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute multiple ELV projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan project activities, manpower, material requirements, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Lead and effectively manage technicians and site installation teams.
- Allocate daily work to technicians and monitor their performance and productivity.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline, quality standards, and budget.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain project progress reports, site reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at project sites.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company/project standards.
- Manage project handover, documentation, and closure activities.
- Handle multiple sites/projects and prioritize activities according to project requirements.
Required ELV Knowledge
Candidates should have good practical and technical knowledge of ELV systems such as:
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Public Address (PA) / Voice Evacuation Systems
- Structured Cabling
- Video Door Phone / Intercom Systems
- SMATV / IPTV
- BMS / IBMS
- Other ELV and low-voltage systems
Required Skills
- Strong project management and site execution skills
- Good knowledge of ELV installation and commissioning
- Strong technician/team handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good client and vendor coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Eligibility
- Experience: 5+ years in ELV Project Management / ELV Project Execution
- Strong experience in handling technicians and site teams is preferred.
- Candidates with experience managing multiple ELV projects/sites will be preferred.

Pay: ₹622,067.26 - ₹2,143,233.42 per year
