We’re Hiring: AI Ads Creator – Short-Form Performance Content

AK Traders is looking for a creative AI Ads Creator who can produce scroll-stopping, performance-driven short-form product ads for Meta platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook.
We’re looking for someone who understands not only AI generation, but also hooks, audience attention, ad psychology, storytelling and creative testing.
What You’ll Do
- Create AI-powered short-form product ads for Instagram & Facebook
- Produce high-impact Reels and vertical video ads (9:16)
- Develop strong visual and verbal hooks that capture attention within the first 1–3 seconds
- Create multiple hooks, angles and creative variations for the same product
- Turn simple product images into compelling performance ad creatives
- Create AI-generated product visuals, lifestyle scenes, UGC-style content and product demonstrations
- Structure ads around Hook → Problem → Solution → Benefit → CTA
- Experiment with different hooks, openings, pacing, messaging and CTAs for A/B testing
- Research winning Meta ad formats, competitor creatives and current short-form trends
- Use ad performance and audience response to improve future creatives
- Handle the creative process from concept → AI generation → editing → final ad
What We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in AI image & video generation
- Experience creating e-commerce / D2C product ads
- Understanding of Meta performance advertising and short-form creatives
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, CTAs and scroll-stopping visuals
- Ability to develop multiple creative angles and variations for a single product
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking
- Ability to maintain product accuracy and consistency across AI-generated scenes
- Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate, watch time and conversions is a plus
Experience with Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI creative tools is a plus.
We’re looking for someone who can use AI to make ads that perform — not just AI videos that look good.
