Job Position: Fusing Operator
Location: Kottakkal, Malappuram
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Fusing Operator to handle the fusing and heat-pressing process for jerseys, T-shirts, and other garments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fusing and heat-press machines safely and efficiently.
- Check garment size, design, name, number, and placement before fusing.
- Set the correct temperature, pressure, and pressing time.
- Ensure proper alignment and accurate placement of names, numbers, logos, and designs.
- Check finished garments for peeling, wrinkles, bubbles, or other defects.
- Complete assigned production work within deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the fusing machine.
- Report machine problems and material shortages to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the Printing, Design, and Production Teams.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in garment fusing or heat pressing is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of heat-press temperature, pressure, and timing.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
