About the Role
We’re looking for a high-ownership, hands-on Content, Social Media & Community Manager to own our brand presence across platforms and public channels. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of content strategy, creating IPs, social growth, and founder branding. This role focuses on investor education, since we are an investment product, so creativity, storytelling, and credibility matter. The role demands strong narrative thinking, financial literacy, experimentation-led growth, and smart use of AI to move faster and better.
Core Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Video Content Growth (Primary Responsibility)
You will own and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Channel & YouTube as key acquisition and brand channels.

Have hands-on experience growing social channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram (YouTube and WhatsApp channel we will figure out together)

Conceptualize and write scripts for short- and long-form explainer videos, investor education videos, and more

Strong understanding of:

Hooks, retention/hold rate, CTAs
-
Platform algorithms and content distribution
-
Testing formats, angles, thumbnails, captions, and posting cadence
-
(Good to have) Comfortable being in front of the camera to explain:

Market updates
-
Investment themes
-
Product and thought leadership narratives
-
Analyze content performance and continuously iterate based on insights
2. Brand Content (Primary Responsibility)

Write, edit, and optimize:
-
Blogs
-
Newsletters
-
LinkedIn/IG posts (static & carousels)
-
Decks for sales teams and webinars
-
Ad copies (Google and Meta)
-
Write and/or review LinkedIn posts for founders
-
Maintain a consistent founder voice while aligning with brand positioning

Translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging content
Additional Responsibilities
3. Content Production & Shoots

Manage end-to-end in-house content production
-
Briefing videographers/editors
-
Planning shoot calendars
-
Ensuring timely delivery and quality control
-
Coordinate freelancers or agencies when required
4. Events & Offline Presence
-
Plan and execute events, including:

Industry meetups
-
Investor or partner events
-
Panel discussions
-
Handle:
-
Outreach and invites
-
Vendor, speaker, and venue negotiations
-
Guest lists, promotion, and post-event coverage
-
Ensure alignment between events, content, and PR narratives
AI & Tools Proficiency (Strong Plus)
You’ll be expected to work closely with AI tools to speed up ideation, content creation, and editing - while applying strong human judgment and brand sensibility.

Comfortable using AI tools like Gemini and Claude for:

Content ideation

Drafting and refining scripts, blogs, newsletters, decks

Editing and optimizing copy

Familiarity with design and editing tools such as:

CapCut / InShot

Ability to combine AI outputs with original thinking, compliance awareness, and brand tone
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in content, social media, brand, or PR roles-
Preferably from:

Social teams at agencies handling BFSI or fintech clients
-
Content/social teams within BFSI, fintech, or investment brands
-
Understanding of or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly:

Financial markets or

Compliance-aware communication
-
Comfortable balancing strategy with execution

Curious, experimental, and outcome-driven
