Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced ENT Surgeon (Consultant level) to lead and manage the ENT department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and surgically treating a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat ENT-related conditions
- Perform routine and advanced ENT surgical procedures
- Manage both outpatient and inpatient ENT cases
- Collaborate with other departments for integrated patient care
- Maintain medical records and follow hospital protocols
Qualifications:
- MBBS with MS in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology)
- Valid medical registration
- Minimum 2–5 years of clinical and surgical experience preferred
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in ENT procedures and surgeries
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Leadership ability to manage the department
- Team collaboration and decision-making
