Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified sales leads through outbound calling, online inquiries, referrals, and existing customer databases.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily call targets, follow-up targets, and monthly sales objectives.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending inquiries, and order confirmations.
- Resolve customer queries related to pricing, product specifications, availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales Coordination & CRM Management
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for seamless order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, follow-up activities, and sales updates in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily sales reports, call reports, and customer feedback reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Business Development, B2B Sales, Customer Acquisition, Sales Coordination, or a related field.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in the Steel, Metals, Building Materials, Construction, Cement, Hardware, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Infrastructure sectors will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
