Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate hiring activities, manage office records, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs and screening resumes.
- Maintain employee records and office documentation.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Handle calls, emails, and visitor management professionally.
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain calendars.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior administrative or HR support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
