This role is responsible for leading end-to-end process training strategy and execution for one of the strategic business verticals at Access Healthcare Services. The Assistant Director will lead a team of process trainers and supervisors based in Chennai. This is a work-from-office role focused on driving training effectiveness, operational readiness, and alignment with business goals.
Training Management
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance training curricula using instructor-led, CBT, and multimedia learning solutions to meet business objectives and learner needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with business units and internal/external SMEs to develop learning programs aligned to organizational competencies and strategic goals.
Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify capability gaps and drive continuous learning initiatives, including refresher training, BQ programs, process updates, and cross-skilling.
Governance and Reporting
Monitor training effectiveness through data analysis and reporting, providing weekly dashboards and management insights to the Chief Delivery Officer and Vice President – Training.
Participate in projects as directed by CDO or VP – Training
People Management
Education
Undergraduate Degree in English, Management, Training & Development, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or Healthcare RCM will be an added advantage.
Experience
12+ years of experience in RCM BPO domain
Minimum 5 years of experience in Training function
Should currently be at Senior Manager level or above for at least 2 years
