A. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Own end-to-end accounting: data entry, journal postings, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and monthly closings.
- Maintain accurate books on Tally / Zoho Books / ERP. Ensure every entry has a documentation trail.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet monthly.
B. Payments, Compliance & Statutory Filings
- Process vendor and operational payments with proper approvals and backup documentation.
- Handle GST workings, TDS deductions, and coordinate all statutory filings on time.
- Manage vendor onboarding — KYC, agreements, payment terms.
C. HR & Admin Support
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and coordinate payroll processing.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities, PF/ESI compliance for factory staff.
- Handle basic office administration — petty cash, utility bills, vendor invoices.
D. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS, budget-vs-actual, and cash flow reports for the founder.
- Support statutory and internal audits with schedules and documentation.
- Flag financial risks, delays, and compliance gaps proactively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
