We at Shree Bajrang Motors Pvt. Ltd. are looking for an expert in SAP for the database management operation at our dealership. The Database Management Operator (SAP) is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely data entry, validation, processing, reporting, and record management in the SAP system. The role ensures the integrity of workshop, spare parts, customer, vehicle, inventory, and financial data to support smooth business operations and management decision-making.
1. SAP Data Entry & Database Management:
- Perform accurate data entry of customer, vehicle, spare parts, workshop, and financial transactions into SAP.
- Create and maintain master data records for customers, vendors, vehicles, employees, and inventory.
- Ensure all records are updated in real-time with minimal errors.
- Verify and validate entered data before final submission.
- Maintain database accuracy and consistency across departments.
2. Workshop Data Management:
- Update job cards, repair orders, service histories, and workshop transactions in SAP.
- Record labor hours, technician allocations, and service completion status.
- Maintain vehicle service records and customer repair histories.
- Support service advisors and workshop supervisors with data-related requirements.
3. Spare Parts Data Management:
- Update spare parts inward, outward, transfers, and stock adjustments.
- Create and maintain spare parts master records.
- Monitor stock movement entries and inventory transactions.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory verification activities.
- Ensure proper coding and categorization of parts.
4. Customer & Vehicle Database Management:
- Maintain customer master data.
- Update vehicle registration details, chassis numbers, engine numbers, and ownership records.
- Ensure customer contact information remains accurate and updated.
- Generate customer service history reports when required.
5. SAP Reporting & MIS:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from SAP.
Prepare management reports related to:
- Workshop Revenue.
- Spare Parts Sales.
- Inventory Status.
- Service Performance.
- Customer Data.
- Warranty Data.
- Support management in data analysis and decision-making.
6. Data Validation & Audit Compliance:
- Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies.
- Correct data errors and duplicate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and records.
- Maintain proper digital and physical documentation.
7. Inventory & Stock Control Support:
- Assist the Spare Parts Department in maintaining inventory records.
- Verify stock transactions against physical stock.
- Monitor negative stock situations and report discrepancies.
- Support monthly and annual stock verification activities.
8. SAP User Support & Coordination:
- Coordinate with workshop, spare parts, accounts, and management teams regarding SAP-related data requirements.
- Ensure smooth data flow between departments.
9. Record Security & Confidentiality:
- Maintain confidentiality of company data.
- Ensure data backup procedures are followed.
- Prevent unauthorized access to business information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Computer Applications (BCA) / Business Administration (BBA) / Information Technology.
- Any graduate with SAP experience.
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP ERP Certification
- SAP MM (Material Management)
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- SAP Business One Certification
- Advanced MS Excel Certification
Required Experience:Total Experience2–5 Years
SAP Experience: Minimum 2 Years.
Industry: Automobile Industry, Dealership Experience, Commercial Vehicle Industry (Preferred).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
