We are looking for a competent, resourceful, and motivated person to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Review business and software requirements and provide QA inputs.
- Design, write, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and validate REST APIs, requests, responses, status codes, and error handling.
- Perform basic database testing and data validation using SQL.
- Work with the development team to understand the underlying technology and improve test coverage.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
- Debug and investigate customer-reported issues and identify recurring patterns.
- Prepare test execution and QA reports.
- Ensure that the product adheres to functional and business specifications.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Good experience in manual testing and API testing.
- Working knowledge of Postman, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or equivalent.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have: Exposure to test automation (Selenium/Playwright/Cypress)
