Key Responsibilities
1. Create and schedule posts for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X
2. Assist in developing engaging content, including captions, creatives, short videos, and stories
3. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
4. Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
5. Support social media campaigns, promotions, and event-related postings
6. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting
7. Track basic analytics and prepare performance reports
8. Coordinate with internal teams for content ideas and approvals
