The Banquet Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling banquet and event services. This role focuses on client acquisition, event planning coordination, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from inquiry to event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business for banquet events (weddings, corporate events, parties)
- Respond to inquiries and prepare customized event proposals and quotations
- Meet with clients to understand requirements and close sales deals
- Coordinate with banquet operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients
- Manage contracts, billing, and event documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
