Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented faculty to teach foundational and intermediate concepts for competitive exams like SSC Exams, Banking Exams, CUET, and CLAT. The role involves delivering engaging classroom sessions, mentoring students, and helping them build strong fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach subjects like:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning Ability
- English Language
- General Awareness (Basics)
- Conduct daily classes and doubt-solving sessions
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, and practice material
- Design and evaluate tests, quizzes, and assignments
- Track student progress and provide feedback
- Motivate students and guide them for exam strategy
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream; Maths/English preferred)
- Prior teaching experience in competitive exams is a plus
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply
Skills Required
- Strong command over basic concepts of SSC/Banking/CUET/CLAT syllabus
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to simplify concepts for beginners
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Working Hours
- Morning Batch: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Flexible based on batches)
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & demo performance)
- Performance-based incentives can be added
