Hiring: Branch Manager – Cherry Holidays, Pune
Do you enjoy managing teams, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Cherry Holidays is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Baner branch in Pune and oversee its day-to-day operations while ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
· Lead and manage the overall branch operations
· Drive sales targets and maximize branch revenue
· Build and Supervise the sales, operations, and customer service teams
· Ensure smooth execution of domestic and international tour bookings
· Oversee ground handling and coordinate with vendors and travel partners
· Monitor booking quality, documentation, and operational accuracy
· Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service standards
· Manage branch accounting, daily collections, payments, and financial records
· Track branch performance through reports and KPIs
· Train, motivate, and mentor team members
· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
· Develop strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability
Who Can Apply
· 5–7+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
· Prior experience as a Branch Manager, Team Leader, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role is preferred
· Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages
· Experience managing sales, operations, customer service, and branch administration
· Good understanding of branch accounting, collections, and reporting
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple teams and work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in MS Office and travel CRM/booking systems is an advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
