We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Executive to join our CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, GST, TDS, income tax compliances, and client-related financial reporting. Candidates with prior experience in a CA firm will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
- Pass journal entries, purchase, sales, and bank transactions.
- Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
- GST reconciliation and input tax credit verification.
Income Tax & TDS
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- TDS computation, return filing, and reconciliation.
- Assistance in tax assessments and notices.
Client Management
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records and compliance trackers.
- Provide timely updates and reports to clients and seniors.
Other Compliance Work
- Support in audit assignments and financial reporting.
- Assist in ROC and other statutory compliance matters as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA.
- CA Dropout candidates are encouraged to apply and will be given preference based on relevant practical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a CA firm or accounting/taxation profile.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and competency)
