Summary:
Lead the experience strategy for AI-enabled products and agentic process transformation. Build the design capability and ensure AI solutions are usable, trusted, safe, and scalable across internal and client environments.
Proven ability to define enterprise standards for AI-native design and prototyping using Figma Make, v0, Lovable and Replit Agent, including design-to-code governance, accessibility, security review and transition from generated prototypes to maintainable products.
Must have led the design and launch of complex enterprise products at scale. Candidates focused primarily on visual design, websites, or prototype-led innovation will not be suitable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define the AI experience vision, design principles, and reusable interaction patterns.
- Lead experience design across multiple agentic AI products and transformation programs.
- Shape human oversight, transparency, control, escalation, and failure-recovery mechanisms.
- Partner with AI, engineering, process, product, and consulting leaders from discovery through production.
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary AI experience design team.
- Establish design governance, research methods, adoption measures, and quality standards.
- Support client solutioning and executive-level transformation discussions.

- Human-AI interaction, enterprise UX, service design, and design systems.
- Leadership of production copilots, intelligent workflows, or AI-enabled platforms.
- Agent behavior, model uncertainty, explainability, and responsible AI.
