Job Description: Café Staff — Tea Post
Tea Post is looking for friendly, energetic, and responsible Café Staff to join our team. You will help provide customers with quality chai, fresh snacks, and a welcoming café experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, beverages, and food items as per Tea Post standards.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and handle billing accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, kitchen area, counters, tables, and equipment.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
- Support stock handling, replenishment, and daily opening/closing activities.
- Address customer requests politely and ensure timely service.
- Work closely with the café team to meet daily sales and service goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; prior café, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of billing and cash handling is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
