Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales cum Administration Manager to oversee business development activities and administrative operations at our Kondalampatti, Salem location. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of courier and logistics operations, customer relationship management, branch administration, and sales generation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote courier, logistics, and value-added services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and business agreements.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into active business accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure customer retention through excellent service and relationship management.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch administrative activities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and branch documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of courier operational records and reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding HR, operations, and compliance matters.
- Monitor office assets, stationery, and branch infrastructure requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support onboarding formalities and documentation of new employees when required.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and overall branch administration.
Operational Responsibilities
- Supervise booking, delivery, and shipment tracking activities.
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of consignments.
- Monitor service quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with hubs and branches for smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with courier industry regulations and company guidelines.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
