Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to manage daily operations at Vizag Metro Cash & Carry. The role involves handling fleet operations, team coordination, and ensuring smooth and timely order dispatch, delivery and arranging the new vehicles and DAs
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee deployment of up to 8 to 10 vehicles and Delivery Associates.
* Plan routes and ensure efficient dispatch of orders from the warehouse
* Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Follow up with drivers and DAs to maintain service levels
* Handle day-to-day operational challenges and escalations
* Arrange Adhoc, backup vehicles and DAs in case of no-shows
* Identify and onboard new vendors when required
* Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, drivers, and vendors
Requirements:
* Experience in logistics/transport or warehouse operations preferred.
* Onboarding a New vendors and Deploying a adhoc or dedicated vehicles and DAs.
* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
* Good communication and team management skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
