We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Officer / Senior Marketing Officer/ Assistant Manager to join the IBS Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a flair for relationship building, and the ability to work independently. The primary role involves promoting IBS across the nearby regions, engaging with potential students, and building relationships with colleges and coaching centers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Identification and Engagement:
Identify and engage with prospective students from colleges and coaching canters for promoting the 9 campuses of IBS.
Utilize both physical and digital channels to reach and attract management aspirants.
2. BTL Activities: Plan and conduct Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, such as workshops, seminars, and events, to increase visibility and reach among potential candidates
3. Lead Generation and Referrals: Generate leads through various sources and work on referrals from existing aspirants to achieve set targets.
4. Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at colleges, coaching canters, and educational institutions to promote IBS programs.
Re-enforce and maintain good relations with existing and prospective clients in order to solicit new business opportunities.
5. Counselling and Conversion:
Conduct cold calling and house counselling to provide detailed information about IBS and its programs
Counsel candidates for MBA and provide proper guidance to convert inquiries into admissions.
6. Travel and On-Ground Promotion:
Travel to nearby cities and areas for on-ground promotional activities and events
Execute field activities to enhance brand presence and outreach
Qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Graduation with a minimum of 50%.
Skills: Fluency in English and any regional language.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, counselling, or educational marketing is preferred.
Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
