Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records
- Understand company hiring requirements and close positions on time
- Maintain professional communication with candidates
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR process
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
