Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
- Handle basic customer inquiries about vehicles, pricing, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer appointments
Sales Support & Customer Calling:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, test drives, and pending bookings
- Maintain and update customer database and CRM records
- Promote ongoing offers, new launches, and dealership events
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, tele-calling, or sales (automobile industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Basic knowledge of automobiles is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
