Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions while working closely with technical teams and hiring managers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical/IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with technical leads/hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive talent.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets and business requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, IT skills, and recruitment trends.
- Support employer branding and provide a positive candidate experience.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in recruitment tools/job portals.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast-paced technology environment.
Pay: ₹41,667.00 - ₹58,333.00 per month
