Job Title: Digital Designer/Graphics Designer
Summary Of Position
The Digital Designer is responsible for producing digital design deliverables for the Crossbeats portfolio, engaging our customers in digital channels, and driving conversions to exceed business results. The Digital Designer will form design strategies and create assets within digital channels including ecommerce, email, paid and organic social media, display advertising, and other direct to consumer touchpoints.
This role is for someone who understands both: premium brand building AND high-converting performance marketing design. You should be equally comfortable creating: campaign visual system AND a high-performing Amazon A+ page
Responsibilities
- Design consumer facing assets for PDP (product detail pages), website features and other digital placements that drive intended KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversion) while facilitating a clear UX with a mobile first mentality
- Design high-converting Shopify product pages
- Create Amazon A+ pages and marketplace creatives
- Build landing pages optimized for both aesthetics and conversion
- Design comparison charts, feature storytelling sections, and lifestyle modules
- Create visual funnels for acquisition campaigns
- Design & build animations and renders that engage customers and keep our brands forward facing in the digital landscape (social media, digital advertising, website experiences)
- Create conceptual designs to include but not limited to multi-media marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, email, and social media graphics for use in domestic and international markets
- Comfortable developing creative testing methodologies, collaborating with digital marketing focused teams
- Maintain a fun, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- 2 or 4-year college degree and 5+ years digital design experience. Design experience with CPG companies (Consumer Packaged Goods) a plus
- Must have an online portfolio with a demonstrated graphic skillset
- Worked with design assets that drive strong KPIs for business results
- Must possess effective communication skills, think in a creative customer-driven approach, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills are necessary.
- Proficient on utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Power Point, Excel. Proficiency in Figma a major plus
- Ability to take and provide direction in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional layout, design, and typographic skills
- The ability to thrive off a challenge and enjoy designing solutions
- Multilingual design work a plus
- Understanding of CSS & HTML5 a plus
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
