Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage food and beverage operations.
- Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop menus in coordination with chefs and kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Control costs, budgets, and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Coordinate banquets, events, and special functions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
