1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.
Diagnose and repair faults in motors, control panels, PLC systems, drives, and wiring.
Troubleshoot issues in production equipment like:Wire drawing machines
Rolling mills
Extruders
Annealing furnaces
2. Installation & Commissioning
Install electrical panels, machines, cables, and control systems.
Assist in commissioning of new machines and equipment.
Ensure proper earthing, cabling, and load distribution.
3. Electrical Systems Management
Maintain and monitor:HT/LT panels
Transformers
DG sets
MCC & PCC panels
Ensure proper functioning of sensors, relays, and circuit breakers.
4. Preventive Maintenance
Execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and downtime.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Follow electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Identify potential hazards and report risks.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain logs of repairs, inspections, and replacements.
- Report recurring issues to supervisors for corrective action.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
