Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Handle employee onboarding and exit processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1.5–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS tools
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
