· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
· Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess communication skills, cultural fit, salary expectations, and notice period.
· Coordinate technical and management interviews with internal stakeholders.
· Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Negotiate salary packages within the approved budget.
· Ensure timely offer rollout and follow up with candidates until joining.
· Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Assist in onboarding activities and documentation for new joiners.
· Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives whenever required.
· Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
