Role Summary
Lead the design, development, and validation of electronics-based instrumentation and temperature measurement products. Own the full product lifecycle from concept through production, managing a team of electronics and firmware engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and development of electronic circuits, PCB layouts, and microcontroller-based systems.
Manage complete product development lifecycle: concept, prototype, validation, and production release.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, production, and quality teams for integrated product delivery.
Drive product innovation, performance improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
Conduct design verification, debugging, testing, and root cause analysis.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing for component selection and product industrialization.
Required Qualifications
B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Embedded Systems.
8–10 years in electronics development; 3+ years in technical leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers (STM32, ARM, PIC, AVR), and protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus).
Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle) and hands-on lab equipment experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial instrumentation, automation, or IoT product development.
Knowledge of EMC/EMI, RTOS, and product certification processes.
