ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Dispatch Executive to lead our warehouse and outbound logistics operations at Tripunithura, Kochi. You will manage inventory accuracy, supervise a team of around 5 warehouse staff, oversee end-to-end dispatch operations, and coordinate closely with the factory and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. This is a senior, hands-on operational role suited to someone with proven warehouse and team leadership experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations — receiving, storage, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy
- Supervise a team of approximately 5 warehouse and loading staff
- Verify orders and oversee picking, packing, and accurate loading for dispatch
- Prepare dispatch documents — invoices, e-way bills, LR copies, and delivery challans
- Liaise with transporters and courier partners for timely pickups and delivery tracking
- Coordinate closely with the Factory In-Charge and other departments for smooth order-to-delivery flow
- Maintain stock and dispatch registers, MIS reports, and ensure GST e-way bill compliance
- Address dispatch-related customer queries and resolve delivery complaints
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate in any discipline; logistics or warehouse management certification is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations — mandatory
- Prior experience supervising a team — mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / inventory management software
- Working knowledge of e-way bill generation and GST compliance
- Good communication in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
