About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering professional to join our team as a Production Analyst. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience who are looking to build and grow their careers in production operations, manufacturing analysis, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and good working knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel to support production reporting and operational analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily production activities and operational performance.
- Prepare, maintain, and update production reports using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Support the production team by providing data-driven insights and operational reports.
- Identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues effectively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Track production KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel, including data entry, formulas, reporting, and basic data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new production systems and processes.
- Must possess a personal laptop for day-to-day operational and reporting activities.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, and operations management.
- Familiarity with production reporting, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to ERP systems or production management software will be an added advantage.

Candidates may be required to visit client locations at Hingna,(Nagpur) based on operational requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
